hi guys! how have you been?
these headphones might have cost me a fortune but they´re so pretty and the sound quality is really amazing! at least that´s what i have been telling to le boyf!
i was torn on which color to pick, but after taking my new nail cuff, alexander wang rocco bag and my watch, rose gold was just the way to go!
anyway, i am on a train with my two boys right now for another exciting festival project!

scuba dress (yes, it´s really from C&A, i can´t believe it myself), fanny pack (THEY´RE BACK! or were they ever gone?) and mesh booties (exactly perfect for this shitty weather).
 hey that´s a weird mix of stuff in an outfit, dontchathink?
don´t even get me started on these shoes.. the pointed toe, the white platform soles (that make them as comfortable as actual sneakers), the mesh detailing (it´s like MESH-ing with my senses, harhar), the cigarette heels (proven to be very difficult to walk on cobblestones but hey what´s one, two falls?) , I MEAN.. COME ON.. it´s like a match made in my own shoe heaven!!

PS: it´s kinda amazing how when asked to describe my feelings, i can´t come up with two sentences but when asked to describe shoes, i can write a novel.

hello guys!

wearing a designer from head to toe is kinda tacky in my opinion but this outfit is an exception as it is so classic and there´s just no other way!

i am so happy that my wardrobe is finally shaping up to a mature person´s closet. :) 

somewhat.. if you don´t count my neon beanies!

anyway, i hope you had an amazing first of may!

i can write you a novel about my love affair with these pistol boots (or with this brand actually) but i will spare you that.

it doesn´t happen so often that i spend hard earned 400 bucks on the same shoes let alone the same color.

but tell you what, i am no shoe expert or something (if there´s ever such a thing), these boots are the most comfortable (wear them at work for 9 hours straight), best quality (shoes are still intact after 3 years of constant wear without getting the soles fixed), coolest & add your superlatives here shoes i have ever set my feet into.

so as imelda marcos said: if the shoe fits, buy it. THRICE, i did.

i don´t know about you but my search for the perfect everything is slowly coming to an end.
remember this post on my elusive quest for the perfect basics?
add these newbies to my closet: the perfect striped top, the perfect fitting black jeans and the perfect spring coat (not that spring´s coming this year anyway).
these are wardrobe staples that i keep on buying but was never really satisfied.
i thought i found the best black jeans from cheap monday, but after washing them a LOT, they are now grey-ish instead of black.
i decided to invest, just for once and see for myself if quality really does equal dollars.
unfortunately the equation is indeed true.
PLEASE PROVE ME IF I AM WRONG.

hey guys!

as i mentioned on monday, 10 bloggers were flown to London for the My-Wardrobe´s Style Summit.

we were each assigned a trend, and though out of my comfort zone, i was really happy about my trend: SUMMER SKINS (check out my picks on the trend). fell in love with this gorgeous Alexis Barell "cowboy" jacket. 

we were housed in the beautiful St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel and we were dolled up by Bobbi Brown.

the event was like an excerpt from every girl´s dream. "locked" inside a HUGE closet with all the clothes & shoes you´ve ever wished for, good music, food and of course nice people to chat with!

hello guys! 

so sorry for the lack of updates here in the weekend. as i told you on last´s post, My-Wardrobe.com has invited me to London for a Style Summit with 9 other bloggers!
such a funny coincidence: when i landed, a reader tweeted me that she saw me on Elle UK so i quickly bought the magazine in the airport and well, hello... two page feature about my blog together with Susie Bubble and Tamu Mcpherson. YESSA!

anyway, we stayed in the most amazing St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel overlooking the King´s Cross International Station. 

i got assigned a trend for Spring/ Summer and my job was to style an outfit around it. 

i had an amazing time catching up with blogger friends and also meeting new ones. i finally met Rumi who was the reason why i started blogging anyway. 

BUT THE BEST THING ABOUT THE WHOLE TRIP WAS:

i got to spend 3 days with my mom whom i last saw three years ago.

so thank you again my-wardrobe for the great three days in london!

hope to be back soon!!
