• i really wish people didn´t procastinate on gift shopping like i do every year.
• finally made it to watch harry potter in the cinema. made me realize the book is ONE THOUSAND BAJILLION TIMES better but the film was awesome nevertheless. i am re-reading the last book now as i remembered very little to nothing while watching the film.
• 4 degrees is like summer in my book.
• perseverance really pays. i manage to get 2 more of these litas while checking solestruck every single day. a brownie for you if you guess which colors i picked!
• 7 days before christmas and my tree is finally standing! better late than never!

i am really not a make-up guru or something so when i get emails from readers asking what kind of make-up i use, i get flattered.
because this lady doesn´t even use a foundation or knows the difference between all the 1438695 kinds of make-up brushes.

here´s my simple daily make-up routine. a result of years of experimenting and testing stuff.

1. moisturizer from Kiehl´s (not pictured)
2. make-up primer from Sephora
3. touche eclat from YSL for hiding not-so-pretty stuff like eyebags you know
4. face powder from Chanel
5. perfume, Miss Dior Cherie (i have used Daisy by Marc Jacobs for like forever but gotten sick of it.)
6. blush from MAC (PINCH ME) and Nars (ORGASM)
7. dip liner from H&M (best i have used so far, i´ve tried expensive ones too)
8. lip balm from Burt´s Bees
9. red lipstick, H&M x Lanvin (obsessed about this at the moment!)

when i go out partying, i use some mascara (mine is from YSL too, not pictured) and attempt to create smoky eyes from an eyeshadow palette i got from MAC.

so there you go.

since it´s christmas and everybody is in the spirit of giving and doing something good (READ THIS SANTA),
i am writing this post with a theme that is very close to my heart.
seeing and experiencing the HUGE garbage problem in my beloved country, the Philippines, has been a real nightmare for me for 19 years.
and the urge to do something (in my own little way) to change this grows bigger and bigger each day.
these totebags from H&M are super cheap 2,95 each (and you can use it 139857892 times!) and 30% of the proceeds go to UNICEF.
when i go grocery shopping or gift shopping, i don´t buy or ask for a bag. i always use these tote bags which are a staple in my handbag.
instead of gifting your friend another useless piece of schnick- schnack, why don´t you give her this?
i know your FAB friend will love this 5preview tote!

yay i am alive!
thanks for all the emails and tweets asking how i am. i am utterly fine though pretty stressed at work.
working in sales during christmas time can get pretty cray-cray.
anyway, the weather has been catastrophic the last days so outdoor shoots were impossible!
but as long as i have my faithful faux fur coat with me, i am always game!
how are we doing with gifts?
i still have NONE. yay me!
and our christmas party is on saturday and still no dress in sight.
am i doomed or am i doomed?
