In the course of my whirlwind 8 year stay here in Germany, i got my first paying fulltime job, became a mom, fulfilled a dream of being a fashion blogger and got to live the dream of travelling the world. I don´t have a secret recipe to how i manage to juggle everything. I have a great support base, my boyfriend who is so patient in taking my blog photos and taking care of our kid when i am away, an amazing reader circle who always shower me with great feedback about this passion i have for fashion and a lovely set of friends who push me to do more.
As i grow older (dreading the big 3-0 in 2 years, eek), i´ve learned what style suits me and what pieces will last me a lifetime. I give more attention to detail and quality. Not quantity. My hard earned money is better spent for items that our not "trendy for the moment" but rather items that i can wear while running errands, parent teacher meetings but also for attending blog events. Timeless pieces, you can say. Though i still love to experiment now and then, i only invest in pieces that i can wear over and over again, mixed with with the rest of my wardrobe.
The
Hoss Intropia woman is an intelligent, creative and confident woman. She knows who she is and what suits her but is never boring. I´d like to think that i am a Hoss Intropia woman.
During the weekends, i like to keep it comfortable.. I spend the mornings going to our favorite farmer´s market to buy fresh produce and flowers! Running errands for the coming week.
This silk ensemble is perfect for doing such!
On weekdays, i go to work as a visual merchandiser and do blog stuff and at night, if a babysitter is at hand, i love to grab drinks with the girls or if time allows, dinner dates with the boy.
See, it´s not an "easy" life.
But i am having the time of my life!
